Well-being is the essential core of business success.

Reserve Your Place
The Struggle is Real

The constant juggle of growth, people, and performance leaves too many business owners and leaders drained, disconnected, and on the brink of burnout. We see it every day – thriving businesses with exhausted teams. Success shouldn’t cost your health, relationships, or joy.

The Answer is Action

That’s why we created this conference: a place to learn, connect, and leave with real strategies for lasting success and well-being.

And it’s why our keynote speaker, Bhavna Raithatha, wrote Driven: The Audacity to Thrive in Entrepreneurship – the essential companion for every business leader who’s ready to take back control of their life and work.

Driven: The Audacity to Thrive in Entrepreneurship – Navigating and Redefining Success in Your Business and Life
by Bhavna Raithatha

This isn’t just another business book; it’s the lifeline every business owner, leader, and ambitious professional needs.

This dedicated Cornwall Well-being in Business Conference is an invitation to every business owner, leaders, and team for game-changing day focused on YOUR well-being, performance, and meaningful leadership.

About the Conference

There’s a huge difference between wellness marketing and actual (workplace) well-being.

One tells you to take cold showers and journal at dawn - after you've been to the gym, had a sauna and drunk your oat-fruit-protein-latte-shake to set you up for the day, naturally.

The other asks if your manager knows how to spot burnout and intervene effectively. How could they if they haven't been taught which symptoms to look out for, or know the causes in your particular situation that might be affecting how you show up in the world.

Well-being isn’t a one-size-fits-all checklist. It’s systemic, cultural, and human. The world has become a bewildering place, and running a business is challenging.

Our conference won’t teach you how to become a monk. But it will help you lead with integrity, empathy, and evidence by helping you figure out how you thrive.

Join us to refocus your Sovereignty and DARE to Thrive. Audaciously.

Driven: The Audacity to Thrive in Entrepreneurship - Navigating and Redefining Your Well-being in Business and Life.

By Bhavna Raithatha

Driven: The Audacity to Thrive in Entrepreneurship isn’t just another business book – it’s the lifeline every business owner, leader, and ambitious professional needs.

Running a business or leading a team is exhilarating, but it’s also relentless. Long hours, constant decisions, and the weight of responsibility can quietly erode your energy, health, and relationships. For many, success comes at a cost – burnout, overwhelm, and a creeping loss of joy.

This book changes that.

Drawing on over 30 years of clinical and corporate experience, Bhavna Raithatha takes you beyond quick-fix advice and into the heart of what it really takes to thrive, not just survive – in business and life. You’ll discover how to:

  • Build mental and emotional resilience that lasts

  • Navigate setbacks without losing yourself

  • Create a business that works for you, not against you

  • Protect your health, relationships, and sense of purpose while scaling success

Filled with real-world stories, practical strategies, and unflinching truths, Driven gives you the tools to reclaim control of your business, your well-being, and your future.

This is the book that helps you do more than achieve – it helps you thrive, unapologetically and with Audacity!
